A set, full-cream yoghurt made from 100% Jersey milk from a small family herd near Oudtshoorn. A2 milk comes from old-breed cows that naturally produce only the A2 protein — the kind of milk our ancestors drank. It’s gentler on the gut, kinder to sensitive tummies, and easier for the body to absorb. We are pretty confident this milk will ace an A2 laboratory test.
